How to stop my Samsung Ultra Note 22 Calender from automatic updates

Have you gone to the Play Store and turned off Auto-Updates? It is in the Settings there. I do it for every phone. One of the most frustrating things is to wake up and your phone has been changed overnight and not to your liking.

When my Samsung Ultra Note 22 does an automatic update on my calendar. It will not alarm on my event for about 2 minutes and then it's not the alarm I set for it. The screen will come on when it's time to let me know I have an event set, but no alert at time of event until 2 minutes later. When I uninstall the new update. I have to reset it, but then it works as it should. Until it does its own update. Which it gives me no warning it is doing it and then I miss something or check it.

You must disable automatic updates in the Google and Galaxy Play stores.

Thank you. I went into the playstore and turned off automatic updates. I used the 3 little dots at the top of the screen to do this. Is that right?
