Short term answer no. Long term answer probably. Wireless chargers tend to make the phone run hot while it's charging. So long term effects might be degraded battery life quicker. But it's hard to tell because it's based on usage and charging patterns
What you could possibly do is have fast wireless charging turned off while wirelessly charging to reduce heat and save your battery. But I personally use wireless charging more often to save my charging port from constant use. I've worn ports out doing that and they refuse to hold a cable.
Put simply, wireless charging will not harm your phone's battery. Just don't run around plopping your smartphone down on the charging pad whenever the battery drops a few percentage points, as constant charging will damage your smartphone battery.
