Phone not connecting to internet after being repaired

Mu ultra 22 Galaxy screen went black. Only a white line appears to shot across the screen when charging phone. 

So had to pay deductible to have screen replaced.

Now phone is having hard time Connecting to internet.

@Stevenson3 Is it having problems connecting to a cellular network or Wifi?

Well think wifi as when I'm connected to my car apps and website have networks not available. I would think It would be using my network data but nonething. At work and at home I'm on wifi network and all is working. Not sure as I'm so lost...
