Sheesh. I realize it's hard to type on these tiny on-screen keyboards, which is the reason for so many spelling and punctuation errors; but, truly, complete sentences are so much better if you want to obtain help.
You may have too much on your phone like apps, or media. Try clearing cache, or it could be a connectivity issue you're referring to. What is so slow about it?
