Lost photo edit feature

Does anyone know what happened to the feature in photos where you could edit the picture to look like an oil painting, comic, etc? I believe there were about 7 different options and it was called "style" I believe. It was located under the "more" option when you click edit on a photo. I've been searching for this or what may have happened to it to no avail.

Click the pencil icon. Then click the 4 square icon. Then slide the icons above to the left. Style is all the way to the right.
