Galaxy S22I hate the the camera defaults to motion photo every time I open it. But even after I turn it off if anything (dogs, kids, snowflakes) moves it turns itself back on. I can't take a picture.
Frustrating feature or glitch?

Galaxy S22@mi22ultra In the Camera app, try going into settings and selecting Reset settings.
The only way that feature should turn on is if you click the icon. Movement in the viewfinder should not cause it to enable.

Galaxy S22
Try Camera settings, Setting to Keep, Turn off Camera mode. If you have that off already then you need tech support.
