I can not get into my secure folder. I don't have any options after entering a password, which it's always the wrong one because I didn't save it anywhere. Was told by multiple Samsung reps. Over the phone, that the only options are a complete reset (which I will NOT do) or until I get a new phone, which kind of stinks because This one works fine! I have a Galaxy S 22 Ultra
