Not getting updates on S22 Ultra

Anyone can tell me if there is issue with getting updates on this device. My last update says Jan 2024. My phone is factory unlocked. Any help is appreciated. My device has no AI features

I have had the same issues with my galaxy S22 ultra I did a factory reset on mine and it seem to fix the problem 👍

If you have a computer, try Smart Switch. It doesn't work all the time. But hopefully you'll get the software update prompt.

Seems to be several models with this posted recently not sure the reason or the fix

It's unreal and sad when you spend 1200 on phone but don't get what ur supposed too. Phone not having updated stuff

I agree I don't know why there seems to be these issues there were some reported with ui 6
