Notifications on bottom of screen stay showing

Has anyone else had issues with their devices(doesn't matter what kind) notice a severe delay of a notification on the bottom of their screen? Both tablet s7 and s22 ultra when deleting or changing settings the notification of the change stays at the bottom of my screens making me have to restart my devices sometimes because it makes them unable to go back to home screen or any other app I want to go to... 

Have had this issue for months now.. It's getting frustrating and annoying

@BigHarlee0928 Try this:

1. Open the settings
2. Click on Accessibility
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Click on Time to take action
5. Change this to a value that you like.
