One UI 6.1 or Higher Update Failure!

My buddy got One UI 6.1 to download and install on his S22 Ultra and my S22 Ultra is still 6.0. And every time I attempt to run Software update, it dmgoves me the year old response of either no Internet connection and to connect to WiFi " even though I'll literally be on WiFi. I've done it on 2.4Gjz and 5.0Ghz, same error messages. Or I get the epic, no update available try again in 24 hours. Now get this, another thread said to download Smart Switch on PC, Connect device to PC via USB A to USB C connection, so I did and I downloaded the "latest" update. The when I went and got Install, it sat at 0% for 17 hours before I had to Cancel the update by pressing and holding Volume Down and Side Button for 7 Seconds until device restarts. Luckily doing so did not mess up my phone, but I was never able to get 6.1 or higher. Any ideas?

Some suggest smartwatch I never used it so no idea but as for wifi issue and getting update there's been post some recent same issue not sure the cause or fix but sometimes a soft reset can help but don't expect that as a fix

I've done every reset, the repair place can't even get updated. All it says is update interrupted try again in 24 hours. And I've been to multiple repair places, ATT, and Samsungs repair stores they set me up with in this app. It's beyond frustrating.

When you get the interrupted error is that during a update or after it's done i.e phones restarts

It doesn't let me update. Phone says I need update so I check trying to update and I always get that, it's never even tried to update.ive literally been going through this for over a year.

Ok so it's before it starts update would suggest either a server issue or connection on your phone issue to connect i.e not your phone signal strength
