Ever since my wife and I got our s22 ultra our phones don't always ring and goes right to voice mail. I took my phone to at&t and they was no help. Is there a setting that I haven't changed or is this a bigger issue?
I'm having the same problem. It happened right after the last update. Wifi calling is somehow related. If I'm on wifi I don't get calls. I thought it was just my cell service until I read others issues. I noticed my wifi calling option I'd set to "on", but the option itself is greyed out and I can no longer turn it off either. Something glitched after the last update for sure.
Go to settings and turn off the wifi calling and when you're connected to wifi, make certain that wifi calling remains off. I have had that problem in the past and somehow had to select data calls preferred and unselected wifi calling preferred. Been a while since I had to go through and do this to my phone, but I do know it is under data management if I am correct.
