I got this phone almost 2 years ago and for the past 2-3 days it keeps randomly restarting and lately it's been getting more unusable before it took a few hours to restart again and now it barely lasts a few minutes. Anyone have the same problem and resolve it?
I'm having the same exact problems. Full factory reset did not help at all. Tried every troubleshooting tip I could find, nothing worked. I've stuck with Samsung since my Galaxy S4 and now debating what to do next. It is killing me that I have to replace a phone that is only 2 years old, for problems that many people are having and is clearly a defect in S22 phones and not the fault of the user. It is enough to make me turn away from Samsung when I previously thought I'd be a lifelong user.
Yeah ever since the s22 came out all I hear from the specific model is issues. Either with heating or battery it's so annoying. I've thought of switching too but my whole ecosystem is samsung now and it'd be a hassle but if I got a good deal I might go to I phone. Or just upgrade my phone
I tried all of these. I have no software updates available. Safe mode made me completely unable to open my phone at all. A factory reset still had the issue occurring. I went to a place to get service done but unfortunately I went an hour before close so they couldn't do a full check of my phone but they said that my phone appears to be fine.
There is one way to determine if it's a hardware or software issue. Your service center can do this. There are shops that repair these phones or do data recovery as well.
