Privacy term pop up message

This just popped up on my s22 ultra home screen. Did anyone else receive, is it legit? 

Unless I receive an email directly I will not even consider opening it.

Interesting... can't remember ever seeing a notice as such as a Notification

Dismiss it (swipe away)
Open Settings app
Tap Account
Tap Privacy and Security

is Privacy Notice option highlighted in any way ?

I thought that would be a safer option rather than tapping on some random Notification popup.
