S22 My Files app not working

l was on Samsung S20 and upgraded to S22 and the Samsung app is not working, it's My files.

So l have been problems within.

So anybody can help me?

HELP! On my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra, I have no Samsung or My Files app or icon.
I can find it by using Google search for My Files, clicking on it and then opening it. But that is a  of a lot of effort just to find what I've downloaded.
If I could just move the ickn to my homescreen or anywhere I know it will be, it would be a lot more effecient.
What's the problem, Samsung?
