Galaxy S22
There is clearly some sort of software problem with the camera's processing of photos on default settings. Seems to get worse on purpose by Samsung with each update to lure me to buy the latest phone. I have read on reddit many others facing the same issue. Photos I take are blurryand grainy in certain parts after the processing. As a longtime Samsung fan, I am very disappointed in the camera on a $1000+ phone.
Samsung, please investigate camera image processing on S22 Ultra. Spend 10 minutes testing and you will see. Cmon. Do better.

I reset camera settings and cache partition as suggested and it actually has seemed to improve. Took same shots I did yesterday and no fuzziness and the shutter speed also seems to be faster.
Thanks for help all! Will update if more issues arise with camera

There are a couple things you can try. First, with the phone off, press + hold power and volume up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys, highlight Wipe cache partition, and then power to select and confirm on the following screen. Returning to the original menu, use volume to navigate to Repair apps, and then power again to select. This will reindex all your apps. If this doesn't work, try Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Reset. This will effectively reset the camera app and you will lose all settings.

you can also download either Good Lock (from the Galaxy Store) or Fine Lock from (Google Play) and from either of those you could dowload an app called Camera Assistant which gives you more customizable features for the stock os camera. hope this helps.

I remember my older galaxy phones (s10+, s21) took sharper, better photos. Images were clear and sharp when you zoom in and colors had the pop Samsung photo processing is known for.

The Samsung s23 ultra takes fantastic pictures and the Expert Raw feature allows you to take professional photos, I personally use the camera Assistant and the Galaxy Enhance X application to make my pictures look even better

You can try running the Samsung Members app diagnostic tools to check your camera for any hardware issues, please Follow @VerbumVeritum suggestions and reset the camera application which will reset the camera application to Factory default
