Check for a system update, if your on the most recent update it could be a 3rd party app so restart your device in safe mode to see if that fixes it. A factory reset could sort out the issue or it could be a part that has gone bad. If you have a Samsung branded store or UbreakIfix they can also run diagnostics on the device to see if it's a hardware malfunction as well.
