Galaxy S22I bought my s22 ultra used-like new on Amazon in March and haven't gotten a security patch nor the 6.1 patch. Anyone know why?

Galaxy S22I too am having problems with updates. My s22 ultra has not been updated since Oct of 2022. I have done the run around with Samsung and my carrier, consumer cellular. Each stating the responsibility for updates is the other's responsibility. When will Samsung step up and fix the problem. Samsung continually tries to sell me a new phone. Fat chance if this is how they correct problems. Samsung, can you provide a way for we customers to update our phones directly. So we can bypass the carrier. This is ridiculous attitudes for the price we spend on their product.
