Galaxy S22Hello, We understand how frustrating volume concerns are. It sounds like you have done most of the troubleshooting already. A few other recommendations are available.
1. Inspect the volume buttons to make sure they are not stuck or, if applicable, the case isn't pressing up against them.
2. Test the phone in Safe Mode to determine if an app is causing the changes. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
3. Perform a factory reset on the phone to correct possible software concerns. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the sound continues to cut in and out after completing these steps, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
