Hey folks, I don't know if this problem persists for other devices too, but it's an issue I've been having when trying to save any movie created with the Samsung studio app.

When I try to press save, or share, the progress bar gets stuck at 19%, and never increases beyond that, no matter how long I wait (already way beyond 20 minutes just at this percentage).

I've already confirmed I have over 6 gigabytes of free storage, with the movie only needing to take up about 187 mb. Is their anything I'm doing wrong or something that needs to be done in order to save this movie?

Thanks in advance.

Hello all, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly see how inconvenient it is for Samsung Studio to not save your video after all that time and be stuck at a certain percentage on the progress bar.
Have you tried clearing the app's cache and data? This can help improve app performance and behavior. This guide will walk you through the steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

If that doesn't help, you can try backing everything up (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/) and performing a factory reset, giving your device a fresh start. This guide has steps for that and more: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

Should the troubleshooting not be helpful, submit an error report via Samsung Members, following the steps in this guide: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
