Samsung level app not finding my devices?

Downloaded the Samsung Level app to see if it would improve the weak volume level. But it says it can't find any Samsung devices (2 watches & 2 pairs of buds),, nothing. Any ideas? S22ultra, buds 2, buds + ,watch 4. This was a virgin connection too.
