Since One UI 6.1 update

I have a probleem to enable the option to Install Unknown Apps. My phone just don't give me the option to enable it, and with 3rd party apps is the same.

I just receive a notification ( automatisch blocking is enable, can't Install Unknown Apps)  anything I can do ?

Open Phone Settings 

Security and Privacy

scroll down to Auto Blocker 

Toggle it off

Since my phone updated to 6.1 ,the touch screen doesn't work, NOW WHAT!!

Any problem with 6.1 try to Forced REBOOT. Volume Up +Power Button. Do it twice..mine got fixed.
