I'm having the same issue. Mine has been stuck like that for about a week. Does Samsung read these posts? Apparently it's a widespread problem.

I have the same issue on my Galaxy s22. When I restart phone and go to software update I get the same message.

Same situation here. Att on Verizon unlocked. I have an appointment tomorrow at the Samsung Service Center. Fingers crossed but it doesn't look good for now.
