Galaxy S22
My Ultra 22 stopped being able to connecting consistently and often even when right next to a tower or outside a AT&T store in October of 23. I tried everything with AT&T, the insurance and Samsung just to be told by AT&T that it was a known issue between AT&T and Samsung. When I asked what the solution was they told me they had none and their corporate office informed them to tell customers to talk to Samsung. Called Samsung and they also had no solution and the only suggestion from both was to get a new phone and from Samsung also to change carriers. I am still paying for a phone that doesn't work unless I am directly linked to WiFi. I have been with Samsung and AT&T for decades, a loyal customer and this was how they treated me, no accountability, no apologies and willingness to fix an issue that is theirs. So as soon as I pay off this **bleep** I am switching to Verizon

We the consumer are not hesitating to upgrade. Widely known errors in hardware and connectivity throughout specific devices is not the burden of the buyer.
You're out of sorts. Att and Samsung should upgrade these handsets since they know that there is an issue.

So, get a class action together or move on. Sansung is far from the only manufacturer with a bad batch of phones. If the problem only exists with AT&T, why aren't you honding them to upgrade their receivers?

I am currently in the process of doing that, but your comments and attitude are useless.
Stop assuming that you know everything. It's a bad look.

I do not assume I know everything. I do know, however, when to cut losses if I want a piece of equipment that works.

That is excellent for you.
As a consumer, and a loyal customer of ATT for more than 20 years. I'll deduce my own solutions and demand a two way functioning relationship.
You, keep getting taken advantage of. Enjoy.

I cut AT&T out a long time ago after 30 years. I'm not the one who bought an S22. Should Samsung have recalled the phone? Yes, but they didn't. Should AT&T have offered an upgraded device once they knre of the incompatibility problem? Probabaly, but they didn't. Both parties did the wrong thing, and consumer loyalty only matters to companies as long as you keep buying/using their product. There is absolutely nothing in it for the consumer.

At the kinda of rude person making an unnecessary comment about those affected cutting their losses, first I did not make a post to have someone state their opinion on what I should do and in essence how stupid of me to continue to use a phone that doesn't work half the time or to change carriers and brand. I posted my frustration at both AT&T and Samsung as a way of giving myself a voice as well as others. Oh, and Samsung rep actually suggested I do this. Also, I am still paying on this **bleep**, so no, I am not going to buy another phone until this is pd off, and yes, when I do, it will NOT be a Samsung nor with AT&T. You obviously have nothing better to do than make unnecessary nor helpful comments.

Listen to Samsung. AT&T bribes Congress in order to exploit and steal from its customers, so if you enjoy being made the fool, keep your crappy phone carrier that provides the most pathetic customer service next to Spectrum. Just for their own web page to load, why does it take 20 seconds to even load on the best of connections? They're an ISP! And that SHOULD tell you all you need to know, but you've got it all figured out while I'm enjoying unprecedented speeds over 100MB. Ahhh THANK YOU Samsung, Credo Mobile, and T-Mobile.

I have an s23+ and att . After the December patch good old Sammy pushed out bad radio firmware to their phones as my phone is constantly dropping to 4g where it never did before. I sometimes have connectivity issues until I cleared the system cache out. It's better, but still drop to 4g quite often. Another phone in the house a OnePlus on att did not have the problem, so this points to a bad radio firmware update by the not so great and innovative Sammy
