Galaxy S22Hi,
My phone just updated to UI 6.1. After the reboot, I entered my pin number then I had a screen welcoming me to One UI 6.1 and the only thing I could do was to click "Explore". So I did it. When asked to connect to my Samsung account, I chose to connect with my Google account but I got a "Treatment failure" message (sorry, my phone is in French so the exact error is "Échec du traitement"). If I try to log with my email address, I get ""Erreur réseau" (network error).
So, I'm basically locked out of my phone. I did the reboot thing to clear the cache 3 times and it doesn't help. My phone was connected to a wifi network during the update and according to the icons I see at the top of the screen, it still is. I also have access to my mobile network.
I've tried to find a solution for the past hour and I'm starting to lose my cool.
I'd really appreciate if somone could help understand the issue and find a solution.

Galaxy S22It’s been a few days since this post, so you’ve probably found a solution to the ‘Unable to log in’ issue. For the benefit of others:
Last night, my phone updated, and I encountered a similar problem—I couldn’t log in. Samsung prompted me to enter a ‘verification code’ or receive an ‘SMS’ on my phone, but the phone wasn’t active yet. Essentially a Catch-22 situation.
As an alternative: At the bottom, you’ll find the option ‘Don’t have an account.’ When you select that, it allows you to choose ‘Setup Account Later,’ enabling you to start using your phone. (IMHO: Not obvious)

Galaxy S22In some cases you may only have a option to setup account later ( no "Don't have an account" option) , after you select that the next step is to click on "Done". Then you will be back to your normal home screen

Galaxy S22Thanks for posting this. What a frustrating update. It would be appreciated if the software writers and the companies they work for would realize many of us would prefer an AI-“lean” OS option. We’re capable of and prefer to do our own thinking. My work phone is an Apple and while there are glitches with those updates, Samsung wins the award for worst functionality following an update. This mess and lack of access to emergency calling because of it, is a solid reason why a Samsung is not likely to be my next personal phone.

Galaxy S22same is happening with my z flip 4. but in my case after I press "Explore" it shows "advanced intelligence" and a lot of descriptions about the features and when I press next it shows a blank screen. my wifi is turned off, I can only attend normal phone calls. i cant do anything with it right now. Please help me if any one has any idea what is going on. PLEASE!!!

Galaxy S22I have the same problem! But for me the page after "advanced intelligence" just flashes before I can click on anything and just goes back to the previous page. I can't get through the promts! Please help!
