Unable to take screenshots, no storage when trying to take photos

This new android update is trash. My phone is messing up so bad with media I can't even take screen shots it's errors out and says it can't save it if I try to take a photo it says I have no storage when I have 412gs of it, if I go to gallery it glitches out. I tried clearing everything I reset all settings clear all cache and it's still trash

I solved my media problems after updating to Android 13 by going to settings > apps > hitting the three dot menu at top right of screen and hitting "reset app preferences". Fixed all of the media problems I was having. Hope that helps your situation.

I think that worked, no errors with so called full storage and it let's me take screen shots, thank you
