Unable to use face effects in Video editor after One UI 6 update

Hello I have had the newest update and now in video editor it won't let me do face effects such as smoothness on videos how do I fix this or get the old version back?

Same! So disappointed they took the features away. 😕 I have a series and trying to keep the videos looking the same. I found a few other features missing on video editing as well.

Anyone know if they took away the face touch up features from the gallery app or if they have moved them? Or how can I recover them, it's been this way since after an update recently for editing videos

@Kynrie Try this:

1. Click the pencil icon to edit the photo
2. Click the left most icon which looks like 4 squares
3. The 3rd icon from the left is Face effects

Yes thank you, i cant believe its been removed. I dont understand why we cant edit our face in video anymore
