Unsupported audio file

Recently, my alarm sound has not been going off in the morning to wake me up for work, and when I went into the alarm app to figure out why, an error message pops up saying "unsupported audio file". However, the alarm sound I choose is the default sound that came with the phone. Please fix this as a soon-to-be-released software update.

we use Google Clock with no audio file issues ... and have added custom audio files to phone

what's the audio format? if it's WMA, it's not supported.

Clear Data, Clear Cache & Reboot Fixed my Issue
