Most brand new S23 have been in sealed packaging since released, so you will have to install updates manually. I just got an iPhone 15 for my cousin that was still on 17.1 because it has been in storage since they came out.
Good for you on having both devices or at least access to them. I feel like you get the best of both worlds. Typically, I'd use my Android for business and the iPhone for personal and enjoy it. I also think for the price I paid outright for the S23 Ultra Unlocked stuck on 13 A13,I can say I'll probably return the S23 if I don't get Android 14 in the next week, and unfortunately, it is what it is. Hello, there. I did ask this same question to our product team. They advise that the AI features are for the S24 series only. All S23 devices will recieve the new one UI however.
that's weak. I wanted 10x lens. idc what other schmoes want. why would 6.1 not have the AI suite?? jerks. no move TVs,fridges, games. washers ef them I'm done. now I have to find a place to manually download the new update let's go look for that
