Airplane Mode is not stopping notifications

I have the s23ultra... since upgrading to 1UI6.1 airplane mode does not stop notifications from coming through... Is anyone else having this issue or know how to solve it?

@usern16ZDiJakt In Airplane mode, do you have Wifi enabled? 

Due to many airlines offering entertainment via Wifi, Wifi is often left enabled in Airplane mode.

I hope I'm not pushing it... one more ask

I do not have "Lockscreen as AOD" toggle .... Before upgrading to OneUI6.1 I was able to use images from my gallery as AOD... I believe its no longer available ... but I was told that I can use "Lockscreen as AOD"  .. that toggle is missing. thoughts?

Turn off notifications from the apps you can, and may also be able to put certain ones on silent.

Switch off warnings from the applications you can, and may likewise have the option to put specific ones on quiet.
