Apps not showing up

Why when I check to see what apps are not installed this is what I get..?? 👇🏽

@Smithint This is the initial screen I see when I visit that area in the Google Play store but then the details fill in. When you are on that screen, have you tried sweeping up? That seems to trigger a refresh.

Yup and I wait and it just stays like this and I just swipe out and try again later, but when I go back it's the same

@Smithint I recommend that you reach out to Google support.

@Smithint I'm guessing that you already cleared the Google Play store cache and wiped the device's cache partition?

Sometimes it will show something other times it's like the picture.. weird, but it's Samsung
