 Thank you for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community.  I understand your concern with your contacts not syncing properly. sync contacts between your Samsung smartwatch and phone, the two devices must be paired through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. You may also need to allow permissions for certain apps. If you are still having some trouble, follow the tips below: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003149/

 If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still unable to sync contacts from your phone to your watch I recommend a reset of the watch. This allows the watch to go back to default settings and all the contacts to sync again. Give this link a try for steps to reset your Galaxy Smartwatch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If the above troubleshooting steps do not work please contact our team directly at 1-800-726-7864 so a team member can remote into your device and make sure all the proper setting are applied to allow the contacts to sync fully.
