Change color of the dropdown menu

 how do I change from the black and white please.  Phone did an upgrade and it changed to this

Install Good Lock from the Samsung Galaxy Store, then find the Theme Park module within. Theme Park will allow you to customize your Quick Settings panel and more!

3. Color pallet
4. Pick your color and the drop down menu should be that color

Nope, didn't work. My drop down menu is still black n white.
