Default System color changed by itself??

All of the sudden yesterday my phone applied a red maroon color tint to my apps like Gmail & Google I'm not sure hot to change it back default. If anyone could help me thanks!

I just fixed mine. What I did was I. Turned on the color palette, then turned it back off, and it fixed it

I believe is the color pallet just pinch home screen choose wallpapers on bottom left . You should see an option that says color pallet. Turn it off
