Samsung is loosing customers because of their delays for extra sales

it's slowly starting to **bleep** me off with all the delays for extra sales. Samsung is loosing the customer they have just to get some more. Not getting updates in time is really a deal breaker. At this point, it might just be worth it to buy a iphone. Samsung should start focusing on the customer they already have rather than keeping the current customer in hold so they can get new ones. Samsung loosing me with the amount of delays on this one. I've reading scrolling through social media and it's not only me that feels this way.

I know, i wouldn't care much but the one ui 8 has started appearing and even a year old flagships are not getting updated

Where has One UI 8 "started appearing"?  They literally can't start development on that until they finish One UI 7.0, which is delayed due to bugs found with the S25, not some arbitrary desire to sell more S25s.

They only way to make a come back is to give android 16 with one ui7 when the update drops..anything else is already making customers go to iphone or one plus

Speculation and rumor, do not believe this info, as the current rumor does not even have a 7th beta so this user is clearly trying to push buttons.
