First day using my new S23+ through T-Mobile. Connected to my car via Android Auto and dropped 5 calls in 25 minutes! Is it the phone? Is there a fix? #dropscalls #S23plus

Hello, We definitely understand how frustrating this is! Here are several troubleshooting steps and tips that may help. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001240

If you are experiencing network service issues with calling, SMS or MMS messages, network signals, mobile data, or hotspots after resetting the device, you will need to contact your carrier.

If you complete all of the troubleshooting and are not having issues with the network, such as mobile data, texting, etc., then it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Try doing a network reset on your phone, then turn off for 1 min, restart and reconnect. Had issues with dropped and missed calls w MetroPCS on another device and it resolved. Good luck.
