Feedback on S23 series One UI 6.1 megathread

Every since updating to this verson, The most significant features i use are circle to search and the lockscreen widgets. Some bugs: slow charging speed, crappy lockscreen widget animations. And slightly more battery drain. Fix this samsung.

Thanks! There was no need to side load anything from apkmirror though. We were able to update the AOD module (one phone needed it, the other already had the new version), and get GoodLock/Lockstar through the Galaxy Store.

I agree with userlQcCM1wRc8 though, it's ridiculous that Samsung took this feature away from OneUI, there was no need for that.

And where can I get this version? it won't offer me anything other than 6.1.00.4 and it's not even on APK Mirror...

Yes, this works, but what a pain Samsung constantly removing features. Also, the slider is not fluid. Only has four brightness settings. Lowest level is good for a dark room but terrible for daylight.

It's still doesn't get as bright as it did before there was much simpler you just tapped the clock and pick the setting and you were done and also much brighter very hard to see now

Unfortunately it`s not available in the galaxy store in my country. The only way i can install it is if i get the apk

Hello everyone!

   I have a Samsung S23 Ultra, and recently got the ONE UI 6.1 update. After this, I want to point out 2 aspects I noticed after the update, and if there is a way to solve them, or wait and hope for future updates to fix them:

1. The Samsung Messages icon that displays on AOD has changed and it no longer looks like a classic message bubble with dots in it. Anyone else has this issue? It's quite annoying for me...

2. The AOD notification icons, are all white/grey now, instead of their normal app colour (for example messenger - blue, whatsapp - green, and so on), and are also more clustered together, not like before. Until the update, a double tap on a specific app icon on AOD, took me straight to that app/chat, now, not anymore...

Yes I have the same icon now instead of the normal messages icon. I hate it. Would love a way to change it back.
