Galaxy S23 FE pictures and messages sometimes do not send

I have the Galaxy s23 Fe and when I send pictures they sometimes don't go through and sometimes my messages don't go through too does anyone else have this problem

I had a problem when I first got my S24 where I would send a message to one of my friends and I would see their text on my other phone.

Mine say still sent on the pictures and I try to resend them

Plus it keeps doing this too
