My Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra is configured wrong for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with the ARM Cortex X3 (3.36 ghz) Kyro A715 (2.80 ghz), Kyro A710 (2.80ghz) and Kyro A510 (2.10 ghz) Soc Sm8550-AC. The architecture should be big.little with 1+2+2+3 with Armv9 instructions. Instead Samsung configured my Galaxy S23 Ultra 3+2+2+1 with Armv8 instruction set with 2.0 Ghz and not the 3.36 Ghz that it should be. So basically I paid 1200.00 dollars for a piece of **bleep** that doesn't even use the powerful qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 2 for Galaxy soc it is configured as a much older and slower cpu. If your look at the specifications it shows Armv9.0 Dynamic IQ big.little Dynamic IQ shared unit 110. The have mine Armv8, armv7. It shows

I asked Samsung to change it and they refused so I would not buy a Samsung phone because you are not going to get what you pay for.

You either have a fake phone or the benchmark is just wrong. All SD8GEN2 are built on armv9 and you can't "configure" one to run on a different architecture.
