I have been in a group chat for several years with my daughter (also a Samsung phone) and husband (new Android phone but not Samsung). Over the last month, my phone has begun creating new group chat sessions with them on several different occasions. After deleting all of them and starting fresh with one of them starting a new group chat, my phone has left the chat on its own. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there an easy fix to it?
I've seen it as well and my best guess is that someone isn't using Google Messages or of course if it's an iPhone then it's a number of things that could be in play. Also if you or one of the other Android users installs what's app or any other messaging system as their default then it'll begin using that platform hence another group message. Very annoying
