I was attempting to connect to a video chat app. All went well during the call. I then received another call(not video) from the same office. The phone rang normally,but when I put it on speaker phone, I couldn't hear the person. The timer was still counting, and I kept saying "hello, I can't hear u, can u hear me?".I borrowed my husband's phone and called her. She said that she could hear me fine.
I took the phone to the t-mobile store where I got it 5 months ago. The guy told me that the link that was sent to connect me to the video call, wasn't compatible with my phone and would shut off the "SpeKerphone" function, possibly permanently
