I would suggest searching YouTube for Samsung UI7 and you will see all of the changes

I have an S23U. I bought an S25U and returned it because to me, the hardware isn't much of an upgrade, even for a 2 year-old phone. One UI 7 will be here soon enough, and I plan to enroll in the beta when it becomes available.

But only you can decide if you want to upgrade. Watch a bunch of review videos and check out the phone in person, if you can.
