How to online restore data from my past phone(s20 ultra)

@RED_HOOD_JJ It sounds like you no longer have the S20 Ultra? 

Did you use Samsung's Smart Switch to make a backup of the S20U? If so, you can use Smart Switch to restore the info on your S23U.

I used it but it kept saying not enough storage so I grabbed the important things but I was being rushed bec of the line

You no longer have the physical phone anymore?

Did you happen to back it up onto your Google or Samsung account?
If you've ever backed up your phone, you will have a list of different dates that you backed it up and you can choose which one you want to restore onto your new phone, after you've logged into your account of course.

I did over the air restore only gallery photos didn't restore but all of my photos are in Google photos. I wish we could get rid of the gallery.
