No Wi-Fi calling, no visual voicemail S23+

Bought an unlocked S23+ and don't have either of these in settings. Was previously on Xfinity Mobile which I thought was the problem, switched to Visible and still don't have either. Anything I can do to get these to show up or is it something with the phone? It was originally a Tmobile phone but it's fully unlocked.

Both of those are veizon nvno as for the missing call features I have heard some may not work on unlocked phones I don't know if that's changed
