Visual voicemail/Voicemail does not work on new phone

Since I got a new phone, transferred everything over my voice mail and visual voice mail have not worked.

The old wants a password , don't know it and haven't found where to change it.

Visual voicemail cannot find my account.

As many times as I have changed phones over the years this is the First time I have had a problem
