No push notifications for social media apps

This issue goes back to my using Samsung Note 9 to my current S23 Ultra.

Push Notifications for social media - Facebook - Instagram - TikTok - Twitter - have been almost non existant.

I have tried all those supposed fixes listed on the internet - clearing cache - enabling push notifications etc etc

I have to come to the conclusion this is a long standing Samsung issue that probably won't ever be resolved.

Anyone else?
