Not Receiving Messages

I Switched To My S23 From An IPhone 15. Ever since then, I Can't Receive Text messages from Iphones. I logged into my apple account and removed my phone number from the icloud account and also turned off imessage and facetime. Still Not Receiving Messages. Help 🤣🤷🏻‍:male_sign:💀
