i am using samsung s23 plus usa variant (SM-S916U) in bangladesh, i am still on android 13 and one ui 5, i am not getting any android update, please anyone can help me out?
@yusuf01840 A model number ending in "U" indicates that it is a US carrier device and probably has that carrier's firmware installed. Therefore it will only look for firmware updates for that carrier's firmware. In Bangladesh your phone won't find updates for that carrier.
One solution is to try temporarily installing a SIM card from that carrier and doing the update via Wifi before inserting another SIM card. This will work if you are in the US but not sure if it will work in Bangladesh.
Another possible option would be to flash the unlocked device firmware on the phone.
