Not getting message notifications

I've checked and the do not disturb is off. The notifications are set to allow. But my notification for text messages are not showing at all. I have an S23 ultra. Can anyone help?

I forced stop, then reopened. I un-installed and reinstalled. And restarted my phone!

You can also check your toolbar. Maybe it's turned on to silent?
