I've checked and the do not disturb is off. The notifications are set to allow. But my notification for text messages are not showing at all. I have an S23 ultra. Can anyone help?

Yes. Sounds is on and everything is set to get notifications but it's not notifying me on upper top of phone or on app icon itself.
