Parts of the UI are blank and Spotify not loading images

I'm unsure what's happening or the cause but parts of the UI are blank. Spotify can't load images as well.

Does this occur when the battery is above 50%?

Does this occur if you turn off the battery saver?

Have you tried testing the phone in Safe mode? https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Does this also occur when you are connected to Mobile Data?

Try a wipe cache partition. There are tons of instructions in many threads here

Wow, you don't see that every day. I restart my devices every day. Maybe that is why they work so well. I have it scheduled. I've gotten 14, 6.1.1 on my tablet only.

I'm having the same issue. I've wiped my cache partition, and it's still happening. The only fix is a restart, and that is temporary.

Same. It gets fixed with a restart but eventually it happens again
